1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you", or "your") and tmt33 ("we", "us", "our", or "Company") governing your access to and use of the tmt33.cam website and all associated services, features, content, and applications (collectively, the "Services"). You are liable for all activities conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, until such time as you notify us of potential unauthorized access.

2.4 Account Verification Requirements

tmt33 reserves the right to request verification documents at any time to confirm your identity, age, and residential address. Required documents may include government-issued photo identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, or valid ID), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in account restrictions, withdrawal delays, or account closure. All verification documents must be valid, unaltered, and clearly legible.

3. Use of Services and Prohibited Activities

3.1 Permitted Use

You may use tmt33 Services for personal entertainment purposes only, in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. Violation of any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance including deposits and winnings, and legal action where appropriate.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

tmt33 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies in compliance with Philippine financial regulations and PAGCOR standards. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on transactions that trigger AML thresholds or appear suspicious. Deposited funds must be wagered at least once before withdrawal to prevent money laundering activity. Suspicious transactions will be reported to appropriate authorities as required by law.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Loyalty Programs

5.1 Bonus Terms

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by Player

You may close your tmt33 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance subject to applicable wagering requirements and verification procedures. Account closure does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior to termination.

12.2 Termination by tmt33

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, violation of applicable laws, or at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use Services ceases immediately. We may withhold account balances pending investigation of suspected violations or fraudulent activity. Legitimate account balances will be returned to players following resolution of investigations, minus any amounts owed to tmt33.

You hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in such courts and waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these Terms. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement
